  1. If I have questions about submitting an application, who should I contact?
    If you have questions about the CEAL Promoting Excellence in Assisted Living Awards, contact Karen Love at info@theceal.org.

  2. When is the deadline for applications?
    The deadline for applications is Monday, August 31, 2009. Online applications will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31st. Applications submitted after this time will not be considered.

  3. When will applicants be notified if their submission was selected for a CEAL Award?
    The application review process will take approximately four weeks. Therefore, applicants will be notified if they were selected for an award in early October 2009. Applicants who were NOT selected to receive an award will also be notified in early October.

  4. What if I don't have enough information to complete all the information requested on the application form?
    You may invite others with more detailed information about the submission to complete the application form.

  5. Can assisted living organizations outside the United States apply for the CEAL Award?
    No, the CEAL Awards are open only to assisted living organizations based in the United States.
